Kate Flannery’s stint in Dancing with the Stars helped her lose weight. “I lost about 15 pounds — actually a little bit more, closer to 20! And the pain in the neck with that is I feel like I have to keep it up because everybody’s looking,” said the actress. Of course, some diet changes she made also contributed to her weight loss. According to the actress, she’s since learned to stop eating some of the foods she used to enjoy, cutting out sweets and bread from her diet.
