Kate Nash is an English singer-songwriter. She later pursued acting as well. She rose to fame in the UK after the release of her single “Foundations” in 2007, which became a sleeper hit. She later released her debut album Made of Bricks. Her second album, My Best Friend Is You (2010), also achieved success with the lead single “Do-Wah-Doo”. She has since released her third and fourth albums: Girl Talk (2013) and Yesterday Was Forever (2018). She also ventured into acting, debuting in the 2012 Hollywood film Greetings from Tim Buckley. She next had performances in the movies Syrup and The Distortion of Sound. She became further known after she started starring the part of Rhonda “Britannica” Richardson in the Netflix series GLOW.
