Biography:

Kathryn McCormick was born on July 7, 1990 in Augusta, Georgia, United States. She began dancing at the age of three at her mother’s studio, Dance Connection. At the age of 18, she moved to Los Angeles where she landed a role in the 2009 remake of Fame.

She became further recognized for placing third in the 6th season of the American reality dance competition So You Think You Can Dance.

She returned in the seventh to tenth seasons as one of the program’s “all-stars”. In 2012, she won her big break when she landed the main role in the fourth Step Up film, Step Up Revolution.
