Biography:

Kathryn Prescott was born on June 4, 1991 in London, United Kingdom. She began her professional acting career on British television in the late 2000s when she made her debut in Doctors. Subsequently, she gained mainstream recognition for playing the role of Emily Fitch in Skins, where she was a main cast from seasons 3 and 4. In the next few years, she appeared as a guest star on the television shows Monroe, Casualty, and Being Human.

In 2014, she appeared in some short films and landed a guest spot on the American series Reign. She was then cast as the lead role, playing Carter Stevens on the MTV series Finding Carter, a character she still portrays in the present. It was also in 2014 that she made her big screen debut as Katie in the science fiction thriller film The Hive. In 2015, she played a recurring role in The Dovekeepers.
