Biography:

Katie Featherston was born on October 20, 1982 in Texas, USA. She attended Bowie High School where she took part in school plays. She then attended Southern Methodist University where she studied acting. She moved to Los Angeles in 2005 after graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts.

She appeared in such films as Private Lives, The Scorekeeper and Mutation before landing her breakthrough role as Katie in Paranormal Activity in 2007.

She continued playing the role in the sequels Paranormal Activity 2, Paranormal Activity 3, Paranormal Activity 4 and in the upcoming Paranormal Activity 5.
