Biography:

Katja Herbers was born on October 19, 1980, in Amsterdam, Netherlands. She attended the University of Amsterdam majoring in psychology. While attending university, she joined a local theater group, which got her into acting. This prompted her to travel to New York and receive training from the HB studio.

She began her professional acting career in 2002, debuting in the Dutch film Peter Bell. The following year, she had her first television role in the CBS TV movie Brush with Fate. In 2014, she played the role of Helen Prins in the American drama series Manhattan. Later, she had a recurring character in the FX series The Americans. She recently gained recognition for her role as Emily in HBO’s Westworld.
