The Bollywood star Katrina Kaif is now one of India’s top-paid actresses. Not only is she one of Bollywood’s bankable stars, she’s also usually cited for her beauty. In the early 2000s she started acting in movies. Her debut was in Boom. Though the film failed to become a box office success, she continued to pursue acting. Her success came in the mid 2000s with her roles in Maine Pyaar Kyun Kiya? and Namastey London. After being criticized for her acting, she eventually gained praises for her performance in New York, which got her Best Actress nominations. She was also acclaimed for her work in Mere Brother Ki Dulhan. In the 2010s, she starred in huge box office hits, such as Ek Tha Tiger and Dhoom 3.

The 33-year-old actress has since maintained her slender physique ever since starting a Bollywood career. This is because the acclaimed star takes care of her body and overall health. She achieves this through observing and enacting a healthy eating regimen, as well as a regular fitness routine. The result? Well, just look at her abs. Surely, her toned physique is a result of hard work. She’s already slender, but to be actually lean and toned is a different story.

How did she obtain her current toned bod? A lot of training with a mixture of dedication and discipline. Essentially, the actress performs a combination of Pilates, functional training, plyometrics, TRC and cardio every day. Yes, every day. For her abs, it is reported Katrina does an hour of Pilates and 45 minutes of cardio xercises each day. When her trainer was interviewed, she said about the actress’ workout regimen:”Understand what your fitness level is and how your body responds to it. Katrina has an amazing fitness level, so to achieve those abs, we just had tweak her workout a little.”
