Biography:

Keegan Allen was born on July 22, 1989 in California, USA. He got his first paid work in a non-speaking role in an Animal Planet documentary. In 2002, he made his first screen appearance with the short film Small Emergencies.

He then made his television debut with the Nickelodeon series Big Time Rush in 2010. That same year, he starred in another short film called As a Last Resort.

Also in 2010, he landed the role of Toby Cavanaugh in the hit series Pretty Little Liars, for which he gained wider recognition. He has also appeared in the other shows like CSI: Crime Scene Investigation and I Hate My Teenage Daughter.
