Biography:

Keenan Kampa was born on February 3, 1989 in Washington, D.C., United States. She studied ballet at the prestigious Vaganova Academy in St. Petersburg, Russia. She became the first American to ever do so. After dancing with the Boston Ballet, she was offered a spot to join Mariinsky Ballet of the Mariinsky Theatre in Saint Petersburg, Russia.

After playing Salome in a premier ballet based on the Oscar Wilde play of La Salome, she became interested in acting. She eventually left Russie to pursue acting in the United States. Just recently, she played the female lead in the feature fim High Strung, gaining her recognition as an actress.
