Actress Kelli Berglund debuted on the children’s series Hip Hop Harry, appearing recurrently from 2006 to 2008. She also appeared in the short film called Bye Bye Benjamin. It took her a couple of years to land more roles. She ultimately landed the part of Bree Davenport in the Disney XD series Lab Rats, where she starred in from 2012 to 2016. At the same time, she guest-starred in an episode of Kickin’ It.
In 2014, she starred as Mae Hartley in the Disney Channel Original Movie How to Build a Better Boy. Berglund subsequently had roles in the films One Night and Raising the Bar. In 2016, she reprised her role as Bree Davenport in the spin-off Lab Rats: Elite Force. That same year, she joined the main cast of the TV film Dolly Parton’s Christmas of Many Colors: Circle of Love.
Later, she appeared in an episode of The Night Shift. She went on to appear in the movie Going for Gold. This year, she stars as Carly Carlson in the Starz comedy series Now Apocalypse. She also played recurring character Olivia in the drama series Animal Kingdom. Additionally, she portrayed Young Gwen Verdon in an episode of the biographical miniseries Fosse/Verdon.
Being a trained dancer, the actress mainly stays active from — you guessed it — dancing. It’s a great way for her to work out while also having fun. When she’s not busy, she goes to the gym to expand her workout options. She does cardio and also attends a yoga class.
She tries to mix it up, not sticking to a specific fitness regimen to avoid getting bored. There are times when the motivation to get up and get moving doesn’t come naturally. That’s why she makes sure that her workout routine is something she enjoys. She also runs and walks a lot in addition to dancing and gym classes.
