Kelly Sullivan was born on February 3, 1978 in Puyallup, Washington, U.S. She attended the University of Arizona where she finished her degree. In 2005, she made her film debut in The Producers. She then had her first television appearance in an episode of Law & Order: Criminal Intent. She next had minor roles in the movies My Father’s Will, Winter of Frozen Dreams, and According to Greta.

Sullivan became further known for her roles as Kate Howard/Connie Falconeri in the soap opera General Hospital, which she played between 2011 and 2014. She next landed the part of Mrs. Hart in Henry Danger, which she still plays up to present. The actress is also known for her roles as Sage Warner in The Young and the Restless and Bonnie Hayes in Too Close to Home.
