Biography:
Kenny Wormald was born on July 27, 1984 in Boston, Massachusetts, USA. After high school, he moved to Los Angeles to pursue an entertainment career. A professional dancer, he has appeared in several music videos for Madonna, Mariah Carey, and many others. He also appeared as a dancer in a few movies. In 2007, he appeared as himself in the MTV series Dancelife.
The following year, he made his acting debut as Center Stage: Turn It Up in the film Center Stage: Turn It Up. Later, he landed the role of Ren McCormack in the 2011 remake of Footloose. Wormald later had performances in the movies Kid Cannabis, Cavemen, The Living, and Lap Dance. In 2015, he portrayed Dennis Wilson in Love & Mercy. The following year, he played Derek in Fear the Walking Dead. His recent movie roles were in 2017’s Happy Hunting and High Low Forty.
