Biography:

Kerry Bishé was born on May 1, 1984 in New Zealand. She graduated from Montclair Kimberley Academy in 2002, and later attended Northwestern University.

She began her professional acting career when she toured with Montana Shakespeare in the Parks in 2004 where she played the role of Juliet in Romeo and Juliet. In 2007, she made her screen debut with The Half Life of Mason Lake.

She came to wider prominence when she became the lead role in the medical sitcom Scrubs for its ninth season. In 2011, she played a supporting role in Red State, and starred in Argo the following year.
