Kieron Richardson was born on 2 January 1986 in Eccles, Greater Manchester, UK. In 2006, he started his professional acting debut as Ste Hay on the British soap opera Hollyoaks. He still stars on the show up to present. Simultaneously, he landed the recurring part of Ricky Smith on the drama series Heartbeat.

In 2010, he joined the reality series Dancing on Ice as a contestant. He also appeared on the show The Wright Stuff as guest panelist. He has since appeared on the other shows as presenter. In 2016, he started appearing on the reality show Big Brother’s Bit on the Side as a panelist.
