Kimberly Williams-Paisley

It was in 1990 that actress Kimberly Williams-Paisley got her start. She made her debut in an episode of ABC Afterschool Special. Her first regular role was as Isabel Lukens in the series Relativity. Her first movie role was as Annie Banks in Father of the Bride. She reprised her role in the sequel Father of the Bride Part II. Subsequently, she starred in the movies The War at Home, Safe House, Just a Little Harmless Sex, and Simpatico. She gained further success on television when she landed the role of Dana in the series According to Jim.

She was part of the show’s main cast from 2001 to 2009. Simultaneously, she starred in the made-for-television films The Christmas Shoes and Lucky 7, as well as in the feature films Ten Tiny Love Stories, How to Eat Fried Worms, and We Are Marshall. More recently, she had roles in the movies Alvin and the Chipmunks: The Road Chip, Speech & Debate, and You Get Me. Additionally, she’s had recurring parts as Peggy Kenter in Nashville and Gretchen in Two and a Half Men.

Aside from eating right by following a clean diet plan, the actress also sticks to an active lifestyle to maintain her overall fitness and health. In an interview, she talked about her lifestyle habits. When asked what her workout routine is like, she answered:

“I need to go to my yoga class—I love hot yoga! I work with a trainer and lift weights, plus I love to hike. We spend a lot of time out in California, so whenever we’re there, we’ll go hiking. I walk a lot too.” Going to a hot yoga class is the “me time” she needs in order to take a break. The actress also believes in the importance of moderation. She said: “For me, moderation is the key. I don’t do very well with extremes of any kind—extreme diets, extreme fitness—so moderation makes a lot of sense.”
