Krista Allen was born on April 5, 1971 in Ventura, California, USA. She first gained attention when she played the lead role in the television series Emmanuelle in Space.

She achieved wider recognition when she starred as Billie Reed in the soap opera Days of our Lives, a role she played from 1996 to 2000. She also played Jenna Avid in Baywatch Hawaii from 2001 to 2002.

She then became known for some of her notable characters in such films as Liar Liar, Confessions of a Dangerous Mind, Anger Management, and The Final Destination, among others.
