Bollywood actress Kriti Sanon had her career beginnings in the 2010s. She made her cinematic debut in the 2014 Telugu film 1: Nenokkadine. That same year, she also made her first role in a Hindi movie in Heropanti. For her role here, she won the Best Female Debut at the Filmfare Awards. Shortly after, she starred in the Telugu feature film Dohchay.
Sanon gained wider recognition for starring in the 2015 Bollywood film Dilwale, which became a box-office hit. Later in 2017, she had notable performances in the Hindi films Bareilly Ki Barfi and Raabta. The following year, she had a special appearance in the movie Stree. More recently, Sanon starred in the feature films Luka Chuppi, Arjun Patiala, and Housefull 4. She also had an item number in the period drama film Kalank. The actress has a couple of upcoming films next year.
Kriti Sanon stays in shape by being mindful of her diet plan. In an interview with Vogue India, she became candid about her eating habits. “It’s important to watch what you eat, when you eat, and the gap between your meals. Have smaller portions every 2-2.5 hrs. If you’re eating right and still not losing weight, get yourself checked by a nutritionist,” said the actress.
As for her meals, she shared: “My diet is pretty normal—dal, roti and chawal (rice). I prefer having boiled rice with chicken curry or dal with vegetables. On the days I feel heavy or overstuffed, I have a soup with a salad or sandwich on the side. My dinners are usually lighter than my afternoon meals.” She also snacks on something healthy to avoid getting hungry while on the go. She likes munching on oats chia pudding with berries and she always brings a box of nuts with her to keep her full.
