Indian actress Kriti Sanon started her professional acting career in the 2014 Telugu film 1: Nenokkadine. For her role, she was nominated for Best Female Debut at the South Indian International Movie Awards. That same year, she also made her Hindi debut in the film Heropanti. For this, she won the Filmfare Award for Best Female Debut.

The following year, she starred in the Telugu movie Dohchay, as well as in the Hindi film Dilwale. In 2017, she starred in the films Raabta and Bareilly Ki Barfi. Her work in the later gained her wider recognition in Bollywood. Sanon also performed item numbers in such films as Stree and Kalank. Just this year, she proved to be a prolific actress as she starred in a couple of movies, including Luka Chuppi, Arjun Patiala, and Housefull 4.

Kriti Sanon takes care of her body by living a healthy lifestyle. She eats well and stays active. As for her workout routine, she got candid about how she maintains her great figure in an interview. “I’m pretty lazy and need a trainer to drag me to the gym and motivate me. Weight training is important if you have my kind of body. Because I need to put on muscle and I like looking toned and fit, weight training alone gets boring and I like mixing it up with Pilates,” said the actress.

“I started Pilates two years ago and I really enjoy it. It looks very easy but it’s got a lot to do with your core, your balance, flexibility and stamina,” she added. Sanon also loves to dance, that’s why she incorporates dancing into her workout routine 2-3 times per week. “Dancing is a great form of workout because you use your whole body, it’s not monotonous at all,” she gushed.
