Actress Krystle D’Souza‘s debut was in the TV series Kahe Naa Kahe in 2007. She played the role of Kinjal Pandey on the said show. She simultaneously starred as Tamanna Punj in the television drama Kya Dill Mein Hai. The show aired until the following year. Subsequently, the actress ventured into movies. She appeared as herself in the Hindi film C Kkompany. She continued her work on the small screen, playing a notable role in the soap opera Kasturi. D’Souza also starred as Veera Juneja in the Star Plus drama Kis Desh Mein Hai Meraa Dil.
Following this, she made notable appearances in Sony’s Baat Hamari Pakki Hai and Aahat. The actress went on to have starring performances on the small screen. She starred in such television programs shows as Ek Hazaaron Mein Meri Behna Hai, Ekk Nayi Pehchaan, and Brahmarakshas-Jaag Utha Shaitaan. Venturing into reality TV, she appeared as a contestant in Box Cricket League. Shortly after, she starred in the comedy series Belan Wali Bahu. Her most recent work was as Tarini Bisht in the ALT Balaji series Fittrat.
Apart from her workouts, Krystle D’Souza maintains her lean and toned body by eating a balanced diet. While she considers herself a foodie, she mostly eats healthy foods and typically avoids junk food. As for some of her diet tricks, she shared:
“I have a glass of hot water with honey and lime in it right after I wake up. I eat in small quantities every two hours and make it a point not to eat anything after 8 pm in the evening.” As part of her self-care, she doesn’t skip meals. She also eats in moderation so she doesn’t eat too much. Most importantly, she doesn’t believe into crash diets as such diet is actually the opposite of healthy.
