Biography:

Kunal Kapoor was born on 18 October 1977 in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. Before acting in movies, he first worked as an assistant director for the 2001 movie Aks. Later in 2004, he made his cinematic debut in the Hindi film Meenaxi: A Tale of Three Cities. Two years later he starred in the film Rang De Basanti, for which he got a Filmfare nomination for Best Supporting Actor.

He was also nominated at the International Indian Film Academy Awards. After this, he had performances in many other Bollywood films, including Laaga Chunari Mein Daag, Hattrick, and Aaja Nachle, among others. In the 2010s, he had performances in Lamhaa, Don 2, and Kaun Kitne Paani Mein. In 2017, he was praised for his Malayalam debut in Veeram. His recent roles were in the Telugu movie Devadas and the Hindi film Noblemen.
