Kyle Secor is an American actor. He had his career beginnings in the 1980s, debuting as Brian Bradford in the soap opera Santa Barbara. He next appeared in five episodes of the medical drama series St. Elsewhere. In 1989, he made his film debut in Heart of Dixie. During the ’90s, he rose to fame for his role as Det. Tim Bayliss in the NBC series Homicide: Life on the Street. During this period, he also had performances in such films as Sleeping with the Enemy, Delusion, City Slickers, The Doctor, Untamed Heart, and Drop Zone, among others. In 1999, he played recurring character Evan Stilman in Party of Five. In the 2000s, he played Daniel X. Cavanaugh in Philly, Jake Kane in Veronica Mars, and Rod Calloway in Commander in Chief. In the 2010s, Secor had recurring roles in such TV shows as Resurrection, The Flash, and Grey’s Anatomy.
