His first notable role was as Bernie Torgov in Beverly Hills, 90210. He later appeared in the TV film Hefner: Unauthorized. In the 2000s, he had guest appearances The West Wing, Diagnosis Murder, and JAG. He later appeared in the film Forbidden City, followed by a performance in the movie The Trip. He later became known for his recurring character Officer Andy Akers on CSI: Crime Scene Investigation. In the 2010s, he played the recurring role of Leo on Switched at Birth and Oren Berg on Big Little Lies. He also appeared in the films Straight Outta Compton and Aftermath.
