Biography:

Laura Donnelly was born on 20 August 1982 in Belfast, Northern Ireland. In her later years, she moved to Glasgow to attend Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama. She became active in the theater after completing her degree in 2004. She ultimately relocated to London where she started acting on film and television.

In 2005, she made her TV debut in an episode of the British show Sugar Rush. Her first notable role was as Fleur Butler in 7 episodes of Casualty. At the same time, she played Maya Robertson in 4 episodes of Hex. Later in 2009, she made her movie debut in Dread. In the 2010s, she’s best known for her role as Jenny in Outlander. She also had performances in the films Heart of Lightness and The Program.
