Biography:

Leonor Varela was born on December 29, 1972 in Santiago, Chile. Her first television role was as Anette in Pony Treck. She then gained popularity in Chile when she starred in the soap opera Tic Tac.

In the United States, she landed various roles in such television shows as Arrested Development, Stargate Atlantis, Human Target, Dallas, and Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.

She also became known for her role as Nyssa Damaskinos in the 2002 film Blade II. Other film work includes Innocent Voices, The Curse of King Tut’s Tomb, Goal II: Living the Dream, Hell Ride, Sleep Dealer and many others.
