Lexi Ainsworth was born on October 28, 1992 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, the U.S. In 2005, she made her debut in an episode of the TV series Medical Investigation. That same year, she appeared in 2 episodes of Gilmore Girls as Tillie. The following year, she played the titular character in the independent film Caroline Crossing.

Subsequently, she had performances in the movies The Gray Man and Wild Child. She gained recognition after landing the part of Kristina Davis on General Hospital. She still plays the said role up to now. In 2014, she played the role of Cassidy in 4 episodes of the TV show Chosen. She also appeared as Ella on Major Crimes. In the movies, her latest role was in 2015’s A Girl Like Her.
