American actress Lindsay Price had her career beginnings in the 1980s. During her early years, she made her film debut in Purple People Eater. She also appeared in the TV shows Finder of Lost Loves, Hotel, and My Two Dads. In the ’90s, she acted in the made-for-television movie Plymouth. From 1991 to 1993, she became known for her role as An Li Chen Bodine in the soap opera All My Children. She next played Michael Lai in The Bold and the Beautiful.

It was, however, her role as Janet Sosna in the TV series Beverly Hills, 90210 that brought her success. After this, she appeared in six episodes of Jack & Jill. In the 2000s, she was best known for her performances in the TV shows Coupling and Pepper Dennis. She later became widely recognized for playing Victory Ford in Lipstick Jungle and Joanna Frankel in Eastwick. It was recently announced that she will be part of the main cast of the upcoming sitcom Splitting Up Together. She has also appeared in the movies Club Dread, Waterborne, and Lonely Street.

The 42-year-old actress remains fit and fabulous thanks to her active lifestyle. In an interview, she talked about her favorite workout routine. She said: “I go to Pulse Fitness Studio’s Tread & Tone classes in Sherman Oaks, California, where I do 30 minutes on the treadmill, then 30 minutes of circuit training. Trainer Mark Harari will tell me when to raise or lower my incline and my speed on the treadmill so that I get optimum fat burning. One day I’ll work on my back and arms; the next, my abs. I also surf. Lugging the board is a workout in itself. But it feels more like fun than exercise.”

But how does she keep herself motivated? She admitted it’s not always easy. She explained: “It’s not easy. I make a nonnegotiable deal with myself every week that I’ll get up four out of five days to hit the gym. I don’t have a 20-year-old’s metabolism anymore, so I know I need to put in the work if I want to continue to do what I love, which is act. If that’s not motivation, I don’t know what is.”
