Lisa Kudrow is an American actress. She has since ventured into writing and producing. Her claim to fame was as Phoebe Buffay in the sitcom Friends. For her role, she won a Primetime Emmy for Best Supporting Actress in 1998. After Friends ended in 2004, she starred in the show The Comeback, which she also produced. For her work in The Comeback, she was nominated for a Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Lead Actress. She later starred in the comedy series Web Therapy, also serving as the show’s co-creator, writer, and producer. As a film actress, she’s best known for her starring roles in the movies Romy and Michele’s High School Reunion, The Opposite of Sex, Analyze This, Bandslam, Easy A, and Neighbors 2: Sorority Rising.
