Biography:

LisaRaye McCoy-Misick, also commonly known as LisaRaye, was born on September 23, 1967 in Chicago, Illinois. She made her acting debut with a starring role in an independent film called Reasons.

Her first television appearance was in an episode of the series Martin. She has since appeared in other shows including Moesha, In the House, and The Parent ‘Hood. She became known as Neesee James in the series All of Us.

She then went on to gain notice for her role as Diamond in the film The Players Club. She has also starred in other films such as The Wood, All About You, Go for Broke, and Love Chronicles.
