Logan Lerman was born on January 19, 1992 in Beverly Hills, Los Angeles, California, USA. He made his film debut in 2000 with The Patriot.

In 2004, he was cast in the television series Jack & Bobby where he received a Young Artist Award nomination for his performance. The following year, he starred in his first feature film, Hoot.

His work in Hoot earned him a Young Artist Award for Best Performance in a Feature Film – Leading Young Actor. He then went on to star in such films as 3:10 to Yuma, The Number 23, and The Perks of Being a Wallflower.
