Biography:
Lucas Black was born on November 29, 1982 in Decatur, Alabama, U.S.. In 1994, he made his professional acting debut in the movie The War. He has since appeared in the films Sling Blade, Ghosts of Mississippi, and The X-Files. He became further known for starring as Peter Joseph “Peejoe” Bullis in Crazy in Alabama. From 1995 to 1996, he also starred as Caleb Temple on the television series American Gothic.
Later in the 2000s, he had supporting roles in the movies All the Pretty Horses, Cold Mountain, Friday Night Lights, and Jarhead. He then became known for playing the role of Sean Boswell in the movie The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift. He continued his film career in the 2010s, during which he starred in Legion, Seven Days in Utopia, Promised Land, and 42. Since 2014, he’s been starring as Christopher Lasalle on NCIS: New Orleans.
