Biography:

Luciana Carro was born on March 23, 1981 in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. She was shy growing up so her parents encouraged her to try acting to overcome her shyness. She eventually attended a theater school. In 2002, she made her first television appearance in the Canadian series Point Blank. She next appeared as Tanya, a recurring character in The Chris Isaak Show.

In the mid 2000s, she gained recognition for guest starring in The L Word and for playing the role of Louanne Katraine in Battlestar Galactica. In 2004, she made her big screen debut in the movie White Chicks as a minor character. She has since appeared in Two for the Money, Dr. Dolittle 3, and Blades of Glory. She has recently played notable roles on the television shows Falling Skies and Helix.
