Biography:

Lucy Davis was born on 17 February 1973 in Solihull, England. Comedian Jasper Carrott is her father. In 1993, she debuted with a small role on the TV series The Detectives. Her first credited role was in an episode of the show Woof! In 1995, she played Maria Lucas on the TV film Pride and Prejudice. She subsequently started her film career, debuting in the 1997 film The Gambler. From 1999-2000, she played Old Noshie on the BBC series Belfry Witches.

In the 2000s, she became widely known for starring as Dawn Tinsley on the British sitcom The Office. Also during this period, she had performances in the films Sex Lives of the Potato Men, Shaun of the Dead, Rag Tale, The TV Set, and Garfield: A Tail of Two Kitties. At the same time, she starred as Lucy Kenwright on the American series Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip. In 2018, she started playing Hilda Spellman on the new series Chilling Adventures of Sabrina.
