Biography:

Mahek Chahal was born on February 1, 1979 in Oslo, Norway. She made her Bollywood debut with the 2003 movie Nayee Padosan, playing the lead role.

The following year, she was featured in an item number in the film Chameli. She went on to appear in her next project in 2006, in the Punjabi movie Dil Apna Punjabi. She next played supporting roles for such films as Wanted and Main Aurr Mrs Khanna.

She gained further fame after she was featured in another item number in the feature film Yamla Pagla Deewana. She also ventured into reality television when she competed in the reality show Bigg Boss 5.
