Biography:

Mary Elizabeth Winstead was born on November 28, 1984 in Rocky Mount, North Carolina, USA. She attended Joffrey Ballet School at the age of 11, and took acting classes as well.

She gained her first big role, playing Jessica Bennett in the soap opera Passions. In 2005, she gained a much larger role as the main antagonist in the film Sky High.

Her breakthrough came when she starred in Final Destination 3 as the lead character. She also starred as Lucy in Live Free or Die Hard, playing the daughter of Bruce Willis’ character.
