Matt Gerald is an American actor whose work in Hollywood started in the late 1990s. During his initial years, he mostly landed small roles in a couple of films. His career became more active in the 2000s, making his television debut as Tommy Hisk in The Shield. It was also during this period that he had performances in the films Tigerland, S.W.A.T. and Avatar. In the 2010s, he appeared in the movies Elektra Luxx, Red Dawn, and Escape Plan. He also played Zandar / Havoc in the movie G.I. Joe: Retaliation. He recently played Melvin Potter in the Netflix series Daredevil.
