To stay in shape, the Swedish-American beauty follows an active lifestyle. She works out on a regular basis and loves to do so. When asked what her healthiest habit is in an interview with Self, she said: “Going to the gym. Also, I do lunges and squats while I’m on the phone with my mother…she’s a talker to say the least, so my glutes have her to thank!”
When it comes to her go-to workout, the actress said she’s a fan of spin classes. She said: “It’s such great cardio! I usually leave completely soaked in sweat. Then I try to fit in some weight lifting as well, since it sculpts and defines. Also, were I to be caught in any epic street fights, I’d be able to hold my own. I’d throw a hard right jab and then run away whining about a broken nail.”
