Michelle Stafford first began her professional acting career in 1990. Her first role was as Frankie in the short-lived soap opera Tribes. Later in 1993, she made her movie debut in Body of Influence. Her breakthrough role was as Phyllis Summers in the soap opera The Young and the Restless, which he starred in from 1994 to 1997.
At the same time, she played Suzanne Monroe in the film Double Jeopardy. She also starred as Joanna Hadley in the TV series Pacific Palisades. At the same time, she had guest roles in Players, Two Guys and a Girl, Diagnosis: Murder, and JAG. In the 2000s, she returned to The Young and the Restless reprising her role as Phyllis, staying on the show for over a decade.
Her performance has since earned her Daytime Emmy and Soap Opera Digest nominations. In the 2010s, she starred in the film Parker. From 2014 to 2019, Stafford starred as Nina Reeves in the medical drama series General Hospital. Following this, she reprised her role again in The Young and the Restless. Other film roles were in Durant’s Never Closes and Earth Fall.
Apart from her diet plan, Michelle Stafford stays active to remain fit and healthy. She engages in various activities to make sure she exercises on a regular basis.
“I really enjoy running outdoors. I also have a Peloton Bike that’s a great option for when running outside is not possible. I also created my own workout routine that includes planks and upper body moves for when I have the time,” said the actress.
Still, she doesn’t want to be too hard on herself as far as her workout routine is concerned. “I occasionally go to the gym. I’m not obsessed with my workouts and, if I’m busy trying to balance my career and family life, I refuse to stress myself out over a missed run,” she added.
