Mike Myers is a Canadian-American actor and comedian whose career started in the 1970s. During the ’90s, he started his film career, debuting in 1992’s Wayne’s World as Wayne Campbell. He reprised his role in the sequel Wayne’s World 2. He later achieved greater success for his lead role as Austin Powers / Dr. Evil in 1997’s Austin Powers: International Man of Mystery, where he also served as writer and producer. He reprised his role in 1999’s Austin Powers: The Spy Who Shagged Me and 2002’s Austin Powers in Goldmember. From 1989 to 1995, he also became known for his work on the sketch comedy series Saturday Night Live. As of 2017, he hosts the show The Gong Show.
