Miles Jupp is an English comedian and actor. He first gained recognition for starring in the comedy show Live Floor Show. Later in 2007, he made his film debut in Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix. The rest of the 2000s saw him appearing in the movies Death Defying Acts, Is Anybody There?, and Sherlock Holmes. He later appeared in the comedy shows Stewart Lee’s Comedy Vehicle and Gary: Tank Commander. In the 2010s, he starred as Nigel McCall in the TV series Rev. He also had performances in some films, including The Monuments Men, Journey’s End, The Man Who Invented Christmas, and Greed. He also starred in the sitcom Bad Move, played Basil in The Durrells, and currently serves as a panelist in Frankie Boyle’s New World Order.
