Biography:
Mona Vasu was born on 15 October 1982 in Kozhikode, Kerala, India. She attended Sri Venkateswara College, New Delhi where she finished a degree in Sociology. She then decided to leave for Mumbai to become an actress. She initially started her career by appearing on TV commercials. She was then hired as the host of the weekly travel show Operation Gold. In 1994, she starred on the TV movie 30 Day Trial.
She then became known for starring on the Star Plus TV serial Miilee from 2005 to 2006. She next starred on the TV program Jamegi Jodi.com. She became further known as she joined the main cast of the soap opera Radhaa Ki Betiyaan Kuch Kar Dikhayengi. She was on the show from 2008 to 2009. From 2011 to 2012, she starred on the show Parichay – Nayee Zindagi Kay Sapno Ka. She next made her cinematic debut in the 2013 movie Maazii.
