Biography:

Monica Bedi was born on January 18, 1975 in Chabbewal, India. At age four, she and her family moved to Norway where she was raised. Following her college graduation, she moved to England to attend Oxford University and studied literature.

She then completed her acting studies at Delhi University. In 1994, her acting career began with the Hindi film Main Tera Aashiq. The following year, she made her debut in Telugu cinema with Taj Mahal.

She has since starred in a variety of feature films including Ek Phool Teen Kante, Choodalani Vundi, Sikander Sadak Ka, Jaanam Samjha Karo, Pyaar Ishq Aur Mohabbat, and Jodi No.1, among others.
