Biography:

Moran Atias was born on April 9, 1981 in Haifa, Israel. She planned to serve in the Israeli Defense Forces. However, this didn’t push through after being diagnosed with meningitis when she was 17. She then chose to start a modeling career in Europe. She was discovered in Italy and modeled for Roberto Cavalli.

As she established her modeling career, she thought it was time to begin acting. She appeared in English, Italian, Hebrew, and Spanish features. She went on to star in Dario Argento’s The Mother of Tears. She next starred in Brad Silberling’s Land of The Lost. She also starred in Paul Haggis’ The Next Three Days and Third Person. She currently stars on the TV series Tyrant.
