Hollywood star Natalia Dyer has her beginnings in the late 2000s. Her first acting gig was in Hannah Montana: The Movie. Her career became more flourished in the 2010s with more roles in movies. She appeared in such features as The Greening of Whitney Brown, Blue Like Jazz, and I Believe in Unicorns. She also acted in a couple of independent films. Her breakthrough came last year after she started playing Nancy Wheeler on Netflix’s Stranger Things. She got a nomination for a Young Artist Award for Best Performance in a Digital TV Series or Film—Teen Actress for her role. She will continue to star on the show’s second season.

The 20-year-old actress tries her best to live a healthy life. In the morning, she said of her routine: “My days usually start and end with a big glass of water. In the mornings, I’ll usually try to get up and moving, even if it’s just a walk to a coffee shop. When I have time for a good breakfast my go-to is the toast from Bluestone.” Despite her youth, she makes an effort to focus on eating nutritious food. Most of the time she stays away from junk and processed foods.

In an interview, she was noted for saying: “I generally eat healthy and feel great after a good sweat. But I think the most beautiful thing is being happy – it really shows when someone is genuinely happy – so I do try to practice everything in moderation and listen to what my body wants.” Some fans wonder what Natalia eats when she’s on the set of Stranger Things. Good thing she shared some piece of info:

“The food on set of Stranger Things was always fresh and varied, so usually it’s just the lunch du jour. On set I usually keep meals on the lighter side and snack constantly. You definitely need to keep your energy up when you’re on set all day, but believe me, it’s no fun monster-hunting after a huge meal.”
