Natalia Tena was born on November 1, 1984 in London, England. She made her acting debut with her role as Ellie in the 2002 film About a Boy.

In 2007, she became known for her role as Nymphadora Tonks in Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix, a role she reprised in Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince in 2009, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows – Part 1 in 2010 and Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows – Part 2 in 2011.

She gained wider recognition after being cast as Osha in HBO’s Game of Thrones, a role she has been playing since 2011.
