Biography:

Nia Peeples was born on December 10, 1961 in Hollywood, California, US. She began her career as part of the performance group The Young Americans. Her musical career took off when her single “Trouble” peaked at Number 35 on the Hot 100.

She gained further fame as a singer when the single “Street of Dreams” charted at Number 12 on the Hot 100 in 1991. As an actress, she made her screen debut with the television movie A Single Light.

She then appeared as Nicole Chapman in the hit television show Fame, gaining wider recognition. In 2007, she landed the role of Karen Taylor in The Young and the Restless and currently stars as Pam Fields in Pretty Little Liars.
