Biography:

Nikki Reed was born on May 17, 1988 in West Los Angeles, California. She met director Catherine Hardwicke and in 2002, they began writing the script for the film Thirteen based on Nikki’s writings from her early teens.

She was then persuaded to take the role of Evie and despite her reluctance, she took the part and gained critical acclaim.

She has also appeared in the television show The O.C. and the film Lords of Dogtown. In 2008, she collaborated with Catherine Hardwicke again, playing the role of Rosalie Hale in Twilight.
