Okieriete Onaodowan is an American actor. He started his acting career in theater. Ultimately, he ventured into film and television. In 2010, he made his small screen debut in an episode of the comedy-drama Gravity. The actor next had one-time roles in NYC 22, Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, Blue Bloods, and Reed. Onaodowan also made his cinematic debut in the 2012 film Thanks for Sharing. Then he went on to portray DJ and rapper Afrika Bambaataa in 3 episodes of the musical series The Get Down. He recently starred as Dean Miller in the ABC series Station 19. He recently appeared in the horror film A Quiet Place Part II.
