Biography:
Oliver Jackson-Cohen was born on 24 October 1986 in Westminster, London, England. During his teens, he started acting on television. He debuted on the British show Hollyoaks in 2002. His next role came many years later, appearing with a minor part on the TV show The Time of Your Life. He next played Phillip White on the drama series Lark Rise to Candleford. In 2010, he made his cinematic debut in the Hollywood film Going the Distance.
He next had roles in the films Faster and What’s Your Number? He later starred in the psychological feature The Raven. Back on TV, he starred as Ralph Fitzgerald World Without End, Roderick ‘Roddy’ Temple on Mr Selfridge, and Jonathan Harker on Dracula. In 2017, he starred as Lucas on the NBC series Emerald City. This year, he gained further recognition for playing Luke Crain on Netflix’s The Haunting of Hill House.
