Biography:
Olly Murs was born on May 14, 1984 in Witham, England, United Kingdom. He shot to fame after finishing as the runner up in The X Factor’s sixth series. He then released his debut single “Please Don’t Let Me Go”, which peaked at No. 1 on the UK Singles Chart.
His second single, “Thinking of Me”, reached No. 4 on the UK Singles Chart. Another song, “Heart Skips a Beat”, was subsequently released and became his second No. 1 hit.
He went on to release his second album, In Case You Didn’t Know, which spawned another No. 1 single “Dance with Me Tonight”. His third album, Right Place Right Time, was released in 2012.
