He next worked as a writer for such shows as Weird Science and The Naked Truth. He then served as co-executive producer of The Drew Carey Show. Between 2005 and 2013, he became best known for his role as Toby Flenderson in The Office. He was also the series’ showrunner from seasons 5-8. In the movies, he’s appeared in The Goods: Live Hard, Sell Hard and Song of Back and Neck.
